So I’m a employee at t mobile, I’ve been with the company for 5 months. I work at a corporate store in Arizona. I was told that I get a half hour lunch (unpaid) and a paid 15 minute break every day. Yesterday it’s come to my attention that my boss has been clocking me out for my 15 minute breaks without telling me. Idk how long he’s been doing this. I asked him about it and he basically told me I’m wrong and that he’s right, is this true? Should I contact HR?
