Started 3 months ago. At HD Supply the training was non existent, I was put w a person who cut corners and didn’t explain HALF the job responsibilities. Would then shirk off things saying you don’t need them, and had no organization for me to follow or take notes on. At one point I asked for more help from a different person (supervisor S) and got zero help other than a condescending look. How do you know to ask about what you weren’t shown? Well not sure but they seemed to give zero fucks. So if you’re looking for somewhere to get submarined for things THEY didn’t teach you. Def go work there. Also I will never shop at Home Depot again for how they treated me and other employees. This is a company fully owned by Home Depot so I do hold them accountable too. After 90 days I was let go for things again, I was not taught. But overall worst leadership I’ve ever been around, period (and I’ve had some crap bosses) is their supervisor S in Jacksonville.
