Just got notified I will be required to do a non-anonymous survey regularly for work, and it will go straight to HR. Any tips on how to handle this? I am very worried about saying literally anything and there's no way to opt out. Just say satisfied or 4/5 or whatever the equivalent is? I'm really worried about this. Need to also poke around for existing posts and would welcome direction on that front
