For anyone hoping to ditch the corporate world and find work in any kind of non-profit space: it's not any better here. Been working in a field that was my volunteer passion for years and I've never been at a more chaotic and drama filled place. The joy of actually doing something good in the world is completely crushed by leadership that constantly fails to live to up to their stated values or admit when they're wrong ever.
