Hi f 22 here, recently started a part time job at Starbucks. I was asked if I wanted to pick up another shift last week, so I did, but I wasn’t able to clock in due to me not actually being on the schedule. I told my shift leader and two other higher up managers about it. They all reassured me that they will fix it and that I will still get paid for my time. Unfortunately I did not. I just received my paycheck last night & sure enough I didn’t get paid for that shift. I’m upset & obviously want to say something but I’m not sure how to go about it since I already spoken to three different people about it.
