I'm a freshman in college and was hired for a competition on campus job that's 4 days remote and 1 day in person.
I am a Recruitment Assistant for my university's recruitment team. From the job description, I believed it would be something I could handle and do. I am currently on day 3 of my job and after going through my onboarding and training, I don't think I want to do it. It's A LOT of underpaid work. You're expected to manage multiple things (from emails, weird terminology, to successfactors/workday, certain forms, etc.) and that isn't something I am interested in doing. It's a lot.
