Not sure if this should go in r/antiwork or r/legaladvice but i need help

I work a part time job at a trampoline park in FL. I’m 15 years old. They consistently have me working “glow night” shifts where I work a minimum of 4 hours until 12am, and occasionally up to 7 hours in one shift. Here’s the kicker. I have a family vacation planned, they’ve known for months because I told them I wouldn’t be available until Friday night and would even be willing to work their glow night hours and on sunday to make up for it. And they scheduled me for the weekdays that i’ll be out of the country with no cell service, informing me that if I don’t show up i’ll be written up for a no-call-no-show. What can I even do??
