Forgive me if this question was already asked in this sub as i am fairly new here…BUT…why are a handful of big billion dollar companies more willing to pay for a woman to travel and get an aborshawn, but are stingy as fuck when it comes to maternity leave?
Is it because they care more about the woman working asap and would rather have that than to pay for her to miss work and take care of her baby for a little bit? (which honestly maternity leave should NOT only be 2 fucking weeks but i digress)
Again, I’m not trying to turn this into an abortion debate. Pro choice? Pro life? Idgaf. I’m just really curious of what y’all think bc I could be wrong.
