Companies advertise full time positions at a certain pay with great benefits! and what not but when you apply and get the job they suddenly say we’re starting you off at part time at less pay until XYZ is met? I applied because i wanted a full time position with benefits i dont want to have to get a second job to live comfortably when i had certain expectations.
