Ive been asked if im interested in a different opportunity in my workplace. For context, im currently an administrator within recruitment who manages a large database.
I have been spoken to about a talent acquisition opportunity, but the pay is on the same band only slightly more, but with extra stress and pressure of working to tight deadlines.
Im not sure if i want to do this, ive acquired candidates for roles before and while i did enjoy it, it was stressy. I dont want to make the jump and hate it. How am i supposed to know what i want to do, when i feel ambivalent towards it?
