I recently left my foodservice job, and a month later i get a text from one of my old colleagues saying its gone completely to shit since i left. One of my other co workers got fed up and left and thats what kinda got the ball rollin. Management wasnt steppin up to the people who were messin up, i was doin the work load of 4 other people. So i just up and left. Said it was a medical issue. So now a month later, i heard 3 more people quit and its just going to shit. They got cashiers doin kitchen work cuz theyre so understaffed. They say a bad apple can spoil a bunch. But if the tree is dead it needs chopped down, apples or not. A reliable, dependable mf leaves and the whole tower collapses cuz people are too weak to step up.
