A manager that used to work for the company I work at left almost a year ago and all of a sudden for the last month he’s been trying to get into contact with me.
He was a terrible manager, always put way more on my plate than I could handle and when I asked for help it was “well if you can’t do it we can find someone else to do it” he also messed with my pay which was even more of an asshole move and solidified me blocking him from ever contacting me personally again.
He’s tried asking my manager and one of my coworkers to get me to answer his messages and for the past week he’s been blowing up one of my worker’s phone. My worker hasn’t answered since he sees no need to and I’m just so frustrated. Like you don’t work here anymore, we are not friends, you were awful to work for and if it wasn’t for ex manager leaving, I would have left.
I’ve already talked to my manager about it and was like I’m not going to communicate with him outside of work related stuff and only through my work email. But boy is it getting annoying having him blow up my people’s phones for really just trying to get a hold of me. Like bro buzz off.
