This absolute dickbag takes advantage of working Saturday -his normal day- but when the work is lighter.
My manager doesn’t have him in the office with him as he’s such a dick. So he WFH the other 4 days. This guy should’ve been fired for what he’s said and admitted to.
Anyway, he did no work Saturday and was just playing on his phone with headphones in. He should be calling customers all day.
He won’t take orders or so if if females ask him to make calls.
Our department got an email today to say no phones on our desks anymore and no headphones (which I agree with).
Apparently higher management said this, but the department we work with who sit 5 foot away did not get this.
