It's hard to study and work and try and fail and succeed, and repeat til blue in the face. But if you want people to part with their money, then you're going to have to put in the time and strategize your moves throughout life. I'm sitting studying about lathes for a certification. I work in the steel industry. I make 65K per year as an apprentice. I work 70-90 hrs per week and that's including cert school, but by default— that's what it takes to make better money in this industry. You have to pay dues. And we need manufacturers.
