One week into my new job at Lidl’s and already being treated like crap and micro-managed into the ground, should I bother turning up?

I’ve got a shift tomorrow and I’m debating even showing up, I’m contractually required to hand in a week’s notice but I highly doubt any action will be taken against me. My contract also states that they can withhold my pay until I has in my uniform so I think a notice would be best but I don't know, I honestly just want to leave.
