Opinions on ‘time fraud’

So I got called via teams today about time fraud and how he would have to take it to HR. I work from home with my 3 year old. I was away from my desk for about an hour because my toddler spilled laundry detergent (one of those massive bottles) all over the floor and it is not easy to clean up detergent. I didn't mean to be away long but it happens working from home with a toddler and this admittedly is not my first offense. I do make my work quota every single day despite the interruptions from my toddler so I guess I am just a little annoyed that this is such a big deal. I could understand if it was cutting into my productivity but I make it a huge personal goal to make 110% to make up for it and it's still not enough. I…

I assume they will let me go over this so I'm a little worried about having to go back on the job hunt but I understand it is my own fault I guess for trying to work from home since i am still on the wait list for daycare. What's your opinions on this point of view?
