So 16 people on our team got an email invite to a meeting in 1 hour from that time and the subject was the same as the title of this blurb. Our team was an internal facing strictly back office support team which was a huge reason for most of the people taking the job.
At the “organizational meeting” we were informed most of our team would be moving to a new department in 2 days where we would be expected to take 30-40 calls from external customers dealing with decedent situations. FUCK THAT NOISE!
Have several interviews lined up and am going to use up sick days and PTO then give weeks notice max maybe even just couple days or ghost em….TBD.
