All the “dead man” switches or the safety bypass keys are taken off their fixture and installed into the lock with or without the door open. I’m a Set-up technician with heavy duty CNC Machines and my employers have stated its my responsibility to get the machines running disregarding my safety. OSHA complaint has been filed will post update afterwards. (Picture is for reference for how every machine in our shop has their safety mechanisms bypassed)
