This is ridiculous. They just cut everyone's hours and they expect us to finish everything within 6 hours. It's only the two of us. My coworker doesn't care because she doesn't make any tips and comes late and leaves early. Tasks are being left unfinished and managers throw the responsibility on me.
I had one of them bugging me after telling me to do additional tasks when I had to clock out because every lunch penalty is gonna be a write up apparently. I told him I don't have time and he could put ice in the water instead of trying to tell me things. He said I am disrespectful and brought up that a guest complained about me being rude for not giving them ketchup immediately lol.
I told him he saw my coworker before she left and could have told her to stay and help since she had time but nothing. She's only there for 2 days and I'm the person who receives benefits so they are trying to string me down since the business is not doing well lol.
