I have been charged with time theft and was terminated two weeks ago. This company has the worst management team I have ever worked for and I feel backstabbed because I truly worked so much for them this year while getting paid minimum wage. I worked Mon-Sat 5am-3:30pm. Seeing this scares me because I don’t know how serious this matter is. Any advice on how to move forward? I’m not expecting it to be a crazy amount but out of curiosity, what would happen if I just don’t pay these mother fuckers back?
