People here already know that working at the facility is a thankless, exhausting, terrible job. They are still hiring so I assume there are open positions; if so, why would wages be dropping? Shouldn’t the wages be going UP in an attempt to fill the vacancies? Obviously “greed” is the correct answer, but does anyone have experience with this type of scenario, who has been offered a reason other than greed?
