Saw this post on a local page and was curious. I hate tipping but think its even worse for an owner to keep the tips. Per my research I thought this was illegal but Ive been told that this is legal in Texas as long as they are payed more than minimum wage. They makes around 10 dollars an hour. Owners excuse, the tips go back to the employees (in trips) and donations to the community. Edit: To me its crazy how their are people that support this let alone to someone making 10 dollars an hour.
