Management won't even begin to get it until they get a line of pissed off people who all have messed up orders. I got a decent paying job (FOR MY AGE) a few months back. Long story short, my stepmother is visiting for the first time in like 4 years, and today we had an emergency where we have to get some things together for her arrival. I am about to give my 2 weeks notice to a company I have been working for for over 10years. I Never asked for a raise, but very slight increase due to laws were applied. Last week I let them know I may be leaving as I cannot afford to work for them any longer, I’ve had to take out bank loans just to keep my family housed.
