I dealt with it tonight. She’s older. If she keeps it up I’m going to ask why she isn’t retired yet … but yeah she’s just miserable and seemed to get more and more upset that I don’t let her boss me around. She even goes as far as making things up. Anyone know what’s up with employees like this ? Not my fault you’re 60 and still not even a step close to being a boss, like you so desire. Just quit if you’re so miserable… we’re From an agency, so already making our own Schedule and picking our own jobs … they don’t tax us so we’re paid well , if you’re THAT miserable pick another job lol. No one is going to listen to you… me included ….

(Apparently I wrote a lot lol) For over the past year I've been trying to leave my pervious company where I was an electrician for 5 years. I was tired of the place, overworked/underpaid, working in the elements/attics/crawlspaces, etc. All of which I endured in every job I've had for the past 15 years (I'm 35) but the wear and tear on my body is starting to catch up to me. From being an aircraft mechanic in the USAF to being a cable guy and now an electrician. Last year in January I went looking and applying for jobs geared more toward what I did in the military. Note that my specific career was loading the bombs and missiles on the jet so it doesn't really transfer well to the civilian world. I had three job prospects and accepted this position because it paid $21 being a dollar over the other two jobs. When I was offered the positions, the woman offered $21. Today I received the paperwork from HR that I would have to sign and return and it states the pay would be $20. Would it be appropriate to voice this?
