How fucking stupid do you think we are that we won't notice that salary ranges conveniently aren't listed or that we won't really understand what you mean by “motivated/go getter/team player” mind-numbing speak? For fucks sake people, i just want to pay my bills and sleep in on the weekends, quit with the machiavellian bullshit tactics and just be upfront about how you want to legally take advantage of us. Side note, does anybody know a better way to find a job rn besides indeed/monster that ISNT just knowing somebody who can hook you up?

So, I got a call from my former coworker at Walgreens today, apparently the work I did with the Rhode Island Department of Labor has paid off, because now Walgreens has to pay every state employee time and a half on Sunday's and Holiday's starting this month Not to mention all those owed wages from the last 3 years. My coworker said they would give me a copy of the policy, which I will edit this post the first chance I get. This in my opinion is a big win against corporations!
