I was sitting in my car during my lunch at work, with my windows rolled down, when a car came up beside me and two guys asked me if I wanted to buy a 4K projector. They said “it was brand new, still in the box”, but I don’t think they would let me see it. They said “my boss gave me one too many, and he said he doesn’t want it, and I don’t want to get in trouble, but I need to see my boss in 20 minutes”. He said “I’ll sell it to you for cheap” to me. I rejected his offer, and recommended he try selling it online. Do you think he was legit or trying to scam me?

Hi there! So, this may sound pretty arkward and certainly is NO attempt at cheap trolling, but…it has been bugging me for a couple of years now…here it goes: The jobs I have quit so far always had a manager with no hair a.k.a. bald dudes. Always by razor. Not one natural baldy. I also don't trust anyone who is unwilling to get a proper hairstyling and just shaves everything off. Never could connect with any of those dudes. In fact, I distrust(ed) them due to their hairstyle or rather lack thereof. This sub is heavily fragmented. There are sensible left leaning average people, firmly situated left wingers, and alt-left wingers bordering anarchists, who believe we should, literally, kill rich people and burn down their houses. How in the ever living FUCK will this movement ever make any traction with so many competing ideologies? I joined this sub because I’m DISGUSTED by the exploitation of the proletariat by the ruling class. A huge part of my personal life is advocating for labour rights, and privately consulting individuals to make change in their work places. This sub is pushing me right because of the lack of critical thought, objective reasoning, and overall COMMON SENSE. Hello! I (22 female) am looking for some advice and couldn’t find the answers on Google. Essentially, I’ve been working an internship the past few months in Canada, for 17.50/hr. My pay was paid roughly half by my employer, and half through a government subsidy program (designed to give interns experience and jobs and encourage company’s to hire them). My 160 hours were supposed to be completed by March. However, me and my boss agreed that I would work less hours per week due to school, and that I’d be able to finish my 160 hours of work after March / throughout the summer. However, the government program wasn’t flexible like that, and all my pay had to be sent to me by the end of my original internship. So, in March, my boss just paid me my entire internship’s pay (both his half and the gov subsidy half), and…
