I had my first interview in three years yesterday and I felt really good about it but my bf says he's not sure I got it. With my background I spoke with celebrities over the phone about their credit cards at a bank and have an associates degree. The three people interviewing were impressed or Atleast they seemed to be. It's a small office for an HVAC company that's been growing and I'd be setting up appointments over the phone. One of the owners of the business were there during the interview and it was pretty laid back compared to the corporate side I've seen. Near the end of the interview they kept saying “oh you'll learn more about this during training” “you'll like the training we'll be there to help you every step of the way” “when you start working you'll see it's alot different than the bank it's…

Should my Company pay me to train coworkers. im in Arizona.
I've been following Sri Lanka anti-government stories for awhile now and am amazed with the progress. Also I read somewhere else that it would take a little over 3% of our country's population to come together and overthrow the government. There is no better time for a revolution to happen then when everything is run down. The system is broken and we can create the new life for ourselves and future generations. I'm not saying violence is necessary, atleast at first, but I mean come on what do you really expect when your asking the government for change. I work in IT. I worked from home the entire pandemic. Our entire company did. We proved that it is possible to do all of our jobs remotely. In fact, our stock tripled during the pandemic. Now I am back in the office (despite requesting to continue working from home) because everyone else wants to be here and they need me in case there is an issue on-site. I wouldn’t need to be here if it wasn’t for everyone else insisting to work in the office . Everyone in my office is talking about “Oh – it’s so nice to be back in the office. My husband and kids were driving me crazy” (etc) I enjoyed working from home. I got to see my wife every morning and I saved tons of money on gas.
