i need the job but the question is should i return after the bullshit they did?

Has anyone used professional resume and Linkedin profile writer services? I have not updated my resume in 5 years and it needs some work done. Recently, I reached out to resume and Linkedin profile writing services and they are charging $350 to $1000 plus. Some include additional services like interview skills and a headshot for the Linkedin profile. If you used one of these services, did you find it beneficial? Or use an online resume tool instead?

Is this illegal, or just shitty and unfortunate? I love my job, and have no interest in quitting, but I don’t feel right about this, and it’s upsetting me and all my friends/coworkers. Any suggestions?

My company hired union busters. The most recent e-mail sent out was claiming that USPS is unreliable; therefore, they want to hold an in-person voting. Seems like a basic voter suppression tactic; however, I was wondering if anyone has studies they could provide a link that proves the reliability of USPS. Thank you in advance.

Daycare I send my kid to for after school and summer is dropping half of the school age kids due to lack of staff. Come to find out they pay less than the gas station I manage does. I manage a corporate convenience store that start at $12 an hour. The daycare pays less. I’m not sure how much less. How are we paying the people who care for our children so despicably?!

It's my first full year and I've had some severe ups and downs and the turnover for some schools has been hard. Try around on average 3-5 new teachers annually in the same position as I'm in now. As far as I'm aware I'm one of the youngest and I've been told Im an excellent art teacher. Well my pay def doesn't show that at a whopping 12.10 an hour with no insurance or sick leave.
