Not allowed to call out subs directly, but this is VERY suspicious. Like, insanely. Im not even the only one who’s been shadowbanned for trying to talk about this stuff – the subs have filters to automatically hide posts with words like “union” and eventually I got shadowbanned from posting at all. People on discord are corroborating my experience FROM 2020 This feels like union busting. Am I going insane? Completely banning users who discuss collective action to improve their workplace? Is banning people from discussing unionizing even allowed on Reddit? Am I crazy??? Ive literally been shadowbanned from posting for linking a sub about collective action. WTF?

I am open to change, but i dont understand how the economy would work if we remove work.

I read that Friday is the best time from 10am-3pm BUT my bosses were stressed due to end month crap…and my other boss's mom is sick…the vibe has been off at the office. Still not my problem. I am overqualified and they make me do things that doesn't fall under my title and not in my job description. We have no paid lunch as other companies and they want us to stay and eat our lunch at the office. I have a second interview on Thursday for a 13k raise plus 1 hour paid lunch, Hybrid wfh as needed, and closer distance to my house. The only thing nice about the current company is that they are easy going….they have never fired an employee. I saw many employees quitting and then coming back to work from them because they are easy going people and a chill job with zero stress…

Management from my old workplace always have standups and they had one where he expresses how much he appreciates us and that if this is not the job for us is to go or take them as they are. When I got to it, how much does he appreciates us? If we are let go or fired will this asshole help us out with connections so we can find a new job or will he help us apply until we find one? Does he only appreciates that we are working extra hard just to fill his pockets and if we get sick or hurt that he will be there to nurse us back to health? I can tell you that this asshole has done Jack shit other than hire us, inform us what he wants us to do but, hasn't done anything to show respect for his workers and himself…

Don’t give me this “competitive compensation” bs. It’s not worth the time. You tell me the range and I’ll tell you if it’s competitive. Not taking interviews where compensation is intentionally vague.
