Hey everyone, A while ago I made a very angry and bitter post at my piece of sh*t boss who counted less hours than I did for some stupid and borderline illegal reasons. So after cooling down, I contacted a friend who's studying law and especially labor law (she's almost a lawyer) and asked her for advices. She told me what my boss was doing was illegal and sent me laws and official documents to help me argue with my boss. I then texted the boss from hell that what she was doing was wrong and illegal and that I expected to get pay the amount I worked for, plus she was not following propers laws and regulations on a LOT of stuff. I always said I wanted to try all branches of retail, until I tried gas stations, gas stations can fuck off. I was expected to work on my first day for 9 hours with a half an hour break. But that was the least of my problems, I had to keep an eye on a car wash, the filling area, a fire fuel area, put out a giant plant shelf, then I had to go behind tills and figure out how to be a cigarette and vape and lottery and ice cream cone salesman, while keeping an eye on the petrol stand and notoriously convoluted technology with a list of does and don'ts, THEN I had to fill out paperwork in tandem followed by trying to memorize the dessert snacks. Oh boy do I have a good one for you all! Little background the company I work for is crap utter crap they are the company that calls employees “Family” 🤮 Been working there for 2 years part time. And in those 2 years 8 people have come to work here and 8 have left. So now it’s me my manager, higher up, and owner that’s it just 4 people. This company has forgotten I work for them too many times to count they like to preach about flexibility which is their code for “we didn’t plan at all” They’ll text me which location to go to and I’ll sit and sit and sit and 2 min before my shift starts “oh hey we need u at X location sorry forgot to text u”. They have always been late with pay they stopped direct deposit and refuse to answer why.…
