MEDICAL SHOW LOVERS!
I am doing a small study for a paper and am curious. What percentage of patients do you feel survive once CPR is performed? The more who participate the better!

So this fun started several years ago, I was hired at a local big name university in a full time staff member position with the hiring manager knowing I was applying for an incredibly competative academic program at the same university but wouldn't know for at least 6 months if I got in. Well I was fortunate enough to get in and went to the manager to have a conversation about what options I had as financially I knew I needed to work during school. I was told I had two options, in both of them I would have to transition to a position that did not get a tuition discount, which sucked but I knew that part was coming. Option 1: Become a contingent/relief staff member, have the freedom to pick up shifts when I wanted and there was enough need that I could have the hours I needed…
Started a new job based out of my state (remote work in my industry ) . They did a get to know each other virtual zoom and asked us a lot of questions that made me uncomfortable like our sign , if we have kids , how much , how old , pets, spouse . Just things that didn’t have to do with the Job and came off as them being nosey . They also asked us to leave a review if we are happy there (we only started working 14 days ago so ? ) . Anyway . The pay is great and I was referred by a close friend of mines but everything about the company is screaming off . The review , the questions , everyone fits the same image there and it seems like if you aren’t a part of that mold you will eventually be…
Don't know where to start. I'm fucking livid about this though, and think it's extremely unprofessional. To add on to this, my close friend and coworker committed suicide which really fucked me up, but I've stayed with the company for the last four months because I really like the job and customers. Nope, fuck that. Job hunt starts tomorrow after I take some time to process this.
My boomer boss told my colleague that I should be patient for more money. She also told me what she made 12 years ago when she started and was too dumb to realize she was making way more than me after factoring in inflation. She hired three people after me making 30% more than me and made me train them all. BuT ThEY HavE MoRe ExPErIeNcE tHaN YOu! Well then why the fuck did I need to train them if they are so fucking experienced. Fuck your 10% raise…it’s a slap in the face considering inflation. Got offered 5 jobs within a month. New job next week. 40% salary increase 80% work from home. Bye bye. I’m job hopping the rest of my life. I’m loyal to money now.
There’s many demands we can unite on and win. Will you support mine? If you have a better idea – get it out there.
