I have an employer from Speedway told me: If I fire you, I put you on company as “un-hirable” and nobody wants to hire you. This threat is baseless on other companies willing to hire anyone and employers to forgo what you've done on other companies. What they want is skilled, experienced, and willing to do the job in their environment the only reason they won't hire you if you did something illegal or that company is a parent company of the company you applied.
