I work in a shitty restaraunt and last night one of the older cooks wasnt feeling well. He asked to go home but wasnt allowed. He was told to take deep breaths to push through it… he was having a heart attack. He made it to the emergency room and is ok. But these bastards had the gaul to call him today and ask if he was coming in. It was all I could think about while I worked. I have to leave as soon as possible.

So with many restaurants automatically adding a tip option when you pay, I'd usually give them 10 or 15% even though I knew these people were probably making minimum wage. It usually wasn't a large amount, since I'm usually getting a to-go order or it's straight up fast food. I asked a guy at one of the fast food places if they actually see any the tips I'm giving, and he got quiet, looked around and shook his head no. So I basically gave the owner a 10% increase in what I paid, for nothing. Now I'll be asking every place before I add a tip…

So 1-2 months Back I was sick, vomited on my bed That Morning so i called in sick on my job . After That i Went to the doctor and he told me i shouldnt work for a week and Recover because i had something like Food poisoning. After That I called my Boss and he was Angry about my absence and told me „We will soon be done“ like a Warning That they will Fire me soon . But the funny thing is we Are so unemployed and my Work contract ends in a few months, in 10 months i was only Sick 2 times , i fucking hate That Guy and really don’t wanna Work for this Company anymore, cant even sleep right because of the Work . (english is Not my First language)
