Disclosing medication?

Hi there guys, my sister told me today that she shared with her manager that she takes medications (psychiatric) and she says that the manager disclosed that information with at least one of her coworkers without her consent (gossiping and talking badly about her). Is that illegal? If so what can she do about it?

Is this a normal thing? Seems silly considering our store brings in 14k per day, easily

I can’t hold down a job due to mental illness. So close to giving up entirely.

No employer will ever stick with me through the bad times, even though they always pass. I don’t know what to do any more, I don’t come from…

With prices like these at the pump why are employers still trying to enforce return to the work office policies?

Inflation and housing

I just moved back in with my parents last night. Today my step dad and I were talking before he got frustrated with the conversation. I said things are different now. He took that as me saying he's old and doesn't know what he's talking about and got offended. And I'm young and uneducated and don't know what I'm talking about. I'm almost 30. But just because I don't have a degree, doesn't mean I'm stupid or don't understand what's going on in the world, or our country specifically. Then went on to talk about how hard he worked to support a family. Which he did work hard, but he was making 20$ an hour 25 years ago. Houses costs are 127% higher. https://www.in2013dollars.com/Housing/price-inflation And inflation is at 68% since the year 2000. https://www.in2013dollars.com/us/inflation/2000?amount=20 He just doesn't get it. I hate that our parents have been brainwashed. In his eyes…
