This should be an absolute minimum
can we as a whole just go on strike??!
I’ve been thinking about this ever since i got my first job at 14. what would happen if everyone all at once (or majority of people) just didn’t show up for work? i feel like even with not going for a day that would mess things up enough to where we can be like look at what we actually do for everyone and everything… now raise federal minimum wage. it’s not the most solid plan, would definitely take more brainstorming but it’s an idea. i’m just so sick of living check by check while making 11 dollars over my states minimum wage EDIT: or we can just overrun the government. weren’t we supposed to do that when they got too much power?
I'm new to the workforce. Idk the differences between any of these or how to obtain them. I asked my manager how long is my vacation time if I were to work there. She said since I work 20 hours/week then it would add up to a certain amount of hours per year. I'm planning on working as a nurse. New grad. I know I have to ask my manager as well as HR, but I don't know what to ask or how to ask so if you guys can familiarize me a bit, I'd be grateful. Of course I can look it up on my own, but I'm 100% sure y'all have advice in addition to general knowledge that I'd really appreciate. Thank you!
Looking into this tool, it appears it is some sort of WFH management software meant to manage employees making sure they are working. Is this something that is meant to try and manage people and their WFH arranagements?
