I'm.so terrible but not as bad as “the owner”. So basically I finally convinced “my boss” to give everyone a bump up so we can hire new people. “My boss” has been pushing “the owner” for weeks. And he finally broke. But! He will only raise the pay for a few people….. Who's pay does he raise…. The new full time employees. So now I have new employees making the same as people that have been here for 10 plus years…. So when I was told to tell the people that got the raise to tell them not to talk about the pay increase… But some how it maked it to a “dramatic team leader”. I’m 25, make approx $78,000 US a year and did a 4 year apprenticeship that was free and I got paid during. EDIT: Can you live comfortably from that wage?

A little bit I wish it was a toxic environment i I could just text “fuck u I quit” but it’s actually not that bad and the boss is nice enough. Pretty much I need help with the phrasing. Pretty much I’m in the the process of being terminated (long story I don’t have a photo ID for my I9 forms and can’t get one) I have the next two days off but they want me to work one more full week just in case I’m able to get an ID card. I absolutely think that’s pointless and pretty much want today to be my last day. I currently make $15 an hour as a Chauffeur and my boss told me he doesn’t pay time and a half for overtime worked. I was wondering if that was legal? I live in Michigan
