Where do i find job? I mean i want to work so please help me to find job. Thanks!

I come into work today to find out that we have a new hire, who will be reporting into me. Someone I didn't interview, never met, and they inform me on their start date? What kind of bull shit is this. This is my last straw.

So I am NZ based and am lucky enough to work for an organisation that adopts flexible working arrangement, meaning that I work from home 2 days a week. A lot of my friends however have been asked to return to their office full time – and my question is why? The technology is there and I would like to think that most of us are disciplined enough to work unsupervised. As far as I am concerned this only serves to satisfy management that still live in the stone age, and keeping the landlords in business. Gimme a break …
