But when they called me for an interview it was salaried but “prorated for the hours you work”. Which also changed from 7am-2pm on weekdays to 12pm to 5pm Mon-Sat. That isn't what was advertised= I'm not interested. A salary prorated for the hours you work is not a salary. I'm also not interested in working 6 days a week for less than full time hours, seeing as it's hourly wages. Holy fuck, how dumb do these recruiters think we are?

I haven't changed jobs. Mine just gives “cost of living” raises that don't actually adjust for cost of living. I actually make less now than in 2016 when I started thanks to inflation and I was already underpaid.
