I’ve been at Schlotzskys for 4+ years. I know what I’m doing. I remember the honeymoon period. The time I liked coming in. The time I’d cover anyone’s shift because I liked the people I worked with. Generally good people. People that cared about each other. One by one they left. Robert didn’t bother me. Ok he could be an ass on some days. Then we had Jolena. She was so down to earth & realistic like me. Still in all that time I’ve rarely called in. I’ve never no call no showed. Jolena got into it with her boss so she’s gone. Now a new GM is here. Some say Jolena was bad. New GM is WORSE. Her attitude SUCKS. She wants to get rid of old employees in favor of new employees. Last week that all came crashing down. I was sent home early Tuesday because of labor.…

Specifically I want to know if someone lies on resume lets say about a degree they cant really do shit buy fire you but what if you take someone else's degree and put your name on it and later they check and see you did not go to the school you said and now have proof you lied, then what? Asking for a friend LOL I don't care about lying cause fuck these corps but not trying to get in real trouble or sued or w/e.

I just got done with my first day of Orientation. Everyone works 6 days a weeks 10-12 hour days and it’s common to get called in on your day off… WTF America
