My job let me be alone with a sex offender. Hi. I wasn’t sure where to post this. I felt this community would be accepting of my frustrations. I am a fast food manager. Today i found out that my employee is a level 3 sex offender. 20 years ago he used bodily force to rape a woman. I am honestly so disturbed and upset right now. I am a 19 year old small woman. The sex offender is a 50 year old 6 foot 250 pound man. They have left me alone in the store countless times with this man while closing. My boss knew this about him and failed to even give me a warning about the danger i could be in. It feels so fucked up. I could’ve been raped at work and they didn’t tell me. I don’t even give a shit if they aren’t legally…

I know there are things like this for general workers unions and the like but I'm hoping for something pointedly highlighting the growing trend of Starbuck's recent wave of unionization and with directions to other useful resources for collectivising. I'm hoping to sow some seeds around here. Any suggestions?

In Japan, this could be considered “power harassment” – something companies take really seriously because they can get the in a lot of legal trouble for ignoring.…
