That is all.

I work about 10 hours a day in operations for a startup and another 8 hours each day as an independent contractor. Most days I work until I can't keep my eyes open. I work hard so that my family can have a good life but, my family is watching me get stressed out. I do my best to not let them see it, but this week has been harder than others. I really thought I was doing a better job of leaving the stress at work. I most certainly was not expecting my son to rip up money.. It was only a dollar but, I don't know what to do here.. I work hard, but he's right.. I wish that providing for my family wasn't preventing me from spending time with them..

I am mostly tired. I have been working on something for years now, and I am not really a 'working' class person, but I end up dealing with more and more executive types. Honestly, I am just tired of dealing with them. They always have the same attitude/mindset when you deal with them. “I have money and power.” So they always do the same thing in every negotiation. “Oh wow… that is so cool… We are interested…” And then they go into waiting mode. They will wait a month, a day, a year, and still claim to be interested. All the while waiting for you to do everything. You have to start the dialogue. You have to maintain the conversation. You have to not make a mistake. They can make mistakes, but you can't. Sorry, this will probably get blocked cause my account is too young, but I just had…
