So I work at a small cafeteria on a military base in Arizona. Our cashiers work for two hours then they have to clock out wait two hours before they can clock back in. This can’t be legal?
Screw this mamager
I'm 20 years into my career as an electrician for a large USA city. Money is good and the work is light. But I am nearing my breaking point when it comes to dealing with these racist, homophobic, incompetent, lying, deceitful coworkers. I'm at the point if quiting. How do you guys manage?
I quit my job at the coal power plant
So I thought I'd tell everyone the hell coal power plant workers go thru to keep hundreds of people's often taken for granted power on. Which I get; it's a worker's market, and will be for a while. But my labor is my product, and I no longer have the patience or the emotional bandwidth to allow my product to be wasted while I wait for them to figure out how to hire more people. Relying on your employees to recruit…
