Becoming a Landlord
So I might be moving into my gfs house in the next few months. I happen to own (with a mortgage) a townhouse. I dont want to sell it. I also don’t want to pay a mortgage on something I’m not living in. Antiwork seems to really hate landlords. Why would I be the bad guy for renting out my townhouse?

Long post: sorry! TLDR is at the bottom. Got a job at a wastewater treatment plant (it’s really not that gross after all) last October, it’s with an international firm. I could move all over the globe within this company if I wanted to later on down the line. I get paid decently to pretty much do fuck-all. I look at Reddit, listen to my favorite podcast, and play on my Nintendo pretty much all day. Probably about an hour or two of actual work. Anyways, today, our supervisor came into the office and told us all that we will all be sent to CDL school next month to get CDL’s in order to haul our bio solids to the nearby farmers fields (it’s good fertilizer). First, to start I’ll give some background on myself: I am developing into a senior position at my organization at a well know food chain, I won’t go into details on that to try to remain as anonymous as possible. I love what I do every day, I enjoy being the floor lead that people look forward to seeing. The energy the manager gives makes or breaks the shifts, I've followed a lot of the stories on here to take how people are treated more into my focus. Recently I took a class at our HQ and I am looking forward to becoming the fire and show how people-oriented we can be in my store, I hope to run my own store within the year.
