Anyone able to pull this off? I'm giving notice next week, but still need to collect. In addition to safety hazards and falsified reports I was asked to make, the hours don't fit my life anymore. Thanks
They said the quiet part out loud.

I requested to work from home in March of 2020 because of my husband’s history of lung issues. This was about a week or two before a lot of my other co-workers were instructed to start working from home. The first time restrictions were lifted in my area, I was concerned about having to be asked to return to the building. Fortunately, I wasn’t. Since then, I developed a chronic illness unrelated to COVID-19 and am now considered immunocompromised, giving me an even better reason to not be in a building of at least 100 people — a lot of which have caught the virus. Although restrictions won’t officially be loosened in my state until the beginning of March, masks are already starting to become a rarity. For example, when my husband went out in public for a brief moment recently, he was the only one wearing a mask. With…
My 2 cents
I’ve been reading anti work for a while and feel I want to add my 2 cents (probably what my opinion is worth!!) The issues being brought up seem to be the following; I got a degree in; political science, English, history etc. my degree only gets me entry level positions. No shit, your degree was for a passion, not a profession, nothing wrong with that but understand that’s what it is. The career I trained for dosnt pay well; example teaching. FYI teaching has never paid well, when my mom was a teacher 40 years ago the pay sucked, it sucks now, you knew what the pay was prior to becoming a teacher, so if that’s an issue why did you choose that profession?? Current world is much worse than previous generations, housing costs, lack of pay, tuition costs, no pensions. This one sucks, it really does. Try and…
First of all, sorry for any typos or formatting; I'm on mobile. Also, it's kinda long so there is a TLDR at the end. So there's a lot of things I currently hate about my job (My boss not knowing what I am supposed to even be doing, micromanaging, being pulled different directions by different managers, having to train new people when I am fairly new myself, being told to “make” coworkers work when they won't even listen to me, the list goes on far too long to write it all here right now). I was already thinking of quitting, but I think this was the straw that broke the camels back. We are supposed to be getting a bonus within the beginning of March, and then one of my coworkers (the only other one in my department that actually knows and does the job) put in her two weeks…
Animated Anti work TV show
What do you all think would be a good premise for an animated anti work TV show? Obviously commentary about poor work conditions and shitty managers but what are some other themes and things you’d like to see in a tv show with this subject matter in mind?
What the title says. My annual review is coming up. I wrote an email to HR asking about my options for advancement (certification, education, etc). I have asked them to keep it between me and them & not tell my boss as I am only looking at my options before I consider any plan change. They replied asking for a chat over the phone. Should I be concerned they don’t want this in writing? Edit: I’m in a state where recording others without their knowledge is illegal.
