I was job searching because I just graduated college a couple months ago and I was needing money to start paying off student loans and for my bills in the upcoming months I applied for this job on indeed called vision consulting link right here. https://vision-consulting.co/contact/. And they sent me a contract and in the contract it stated that I will have a 30 day probation period And after the probation I will be getting paid for the time worked. This job was an at home job that requires me to check a control panel hourly and be available for phone calls while I wait for mail and packages to be delivered to my house. Once I receive the packages I was to expect them and make sure everything was OK with it while I uploaded pictures to the panel. Then I would repackage and redeliver to fedex, ups, Ect.…
So here's a guy going about his day delivering packages for FedEx and he gets shot at by a father and son pair of thugs, very likely because he was black and these are two evil and violent racists. The next day he files a police report and gives his statement to the police (as one does when shot at by raving lunatics) and FedEx tells him to go back to the exact same route, which he did for a couple of days despite that the indisputable villains in this story were released on bail and out and about. During a news conference on Thursday, Gibson said he was told by his superiors to run the same route the day after the chase, CBS affiliate WJTV reports. “The following day, we had to go file a police report, and as soon as I was done filing a police report, they…
Apologies for mobile format. We get a call from Indeed about halfway through. So my boyfriend wasted his time for another interview today. I say “wasted” because it was another 40 minute interview that ended in an offer with significantly less pay than advertised and a completely different job description that was conveniently left out beforehand. The job was for a “warehouse associate” with a pay range of $17-$19 hourly. My BF has a lot of experience and was hoping to push for $20/hr (which is already a paycut from his last job). He goes through the whole interview talking about his experience and all that with the guy for about half an hour. At the end of the interview, the guy says “so we can offer you a position at $15/hour, but in a month you'll get the $2/hr delivery bonus once you start delivering. Does that work for…
I work for a long standing computer/electronic repair company in my city. I've been at this company since December of 2020. I applied here because I was looking for work in my field after returning to my home city and because COVID and other factors had closed my previous place of employment multiple times and I needed consistent work for more than 12/h to survive in this area. So I saw a listing on Indeed at Charlotte Street Computers for a PC Repair Technician with a salary range of 15-20h. This was acceptable and I didn't have much time to pick and choose. When I was in highschool I had known about this company and back when I would have done anything to get onto even the geeksquad due to my interest in computers… it seemed like a god send. So, I applied and very shortly after received a phonecall/e-mail…
