Heard that from my new employer today, they were talking about my coworker. Not sure how to feel about it. They also expect him to work throughout weekend.
Anyone out there actually have hope for change in America regarding living wages, rent control, pto, etc.? I get so excited by the growing public callouts and what not. But, I also think maybe I’m too optimistic. Maybe the people at the top don’t see our stories, posts, and tweets. It’s also entirely possible that they just really really really don’t care and don’t see our concerns as a threat.
