Best way to find remote work
My partner is struggling to find remote work. I work full time and they are home with our kids. So many people have been sending me MLM/sales jobs, but that’s a no go for us. Any suggestions for decent part time remote work? We are struggling and need some kind of second income. Thanks.
My coworker just told me that he never tips, he just refuses to do so. DD restaurants whatever. How can he think it’s ok to just screw people over like that?
My new job is shutting down
I recently started working at the prize counter at an arcade, and it’s probably my favorite job I’ve ever had. I had very few responsibilities. There were barely any customers, and all my coworkers were so nice and easygoing. Probably the best thing about it though was that I earned $15/hr which was miles above anything that I had earned before, and with disproportionately less work that what I had to do before. If this seems like it’s too good to be true, it turns out it was because a couple days ago we had a meeting where they said the store wasn’t making enough money and the owners decided to shut it down. Oceangate don’t mess around!
Just learned today my girlfriend's supervisor saw her on her phone once and he said he would smash her phone if he saw it again. She is also constantly helicopter by another coworker that works right under her supervisor. Just want to know if there anything to do against other than obviously quitting (which she plans to do soon). (Sorry for formatting currently in mobile)
