They never disclosed that they were in another time zone. They didn't interview me nor attempt to reschedule the interview.
As the title is saying, I recently took a new job to leave a toxic one, but this one turned even worse. The joke is on me as I had read tons of negative reviews on Glassdoor but since it was more closely related to my field I took a leap of faith, only to end into another hopeless sinkhole. Now I am contemplating leaving my entire field, I’ve become convinced that the field is the problem, it breeds certain type of people and environment. I spent the entire meeting filing a complaint about my concerns for how it will limit competition and harm wages, to the DOJ's Antitrust Citizen Complaint Department. Don't expect it to stop Ferguson Enterprises from being allowed to buy out S.G. Torrice Company, but who knows, maybe thousands of other complaints will pile in.
