Hello I have a situation that I would love some input on. So i've been working for the Company as a retail merchandiser for about a year. A few months ago, the company dictated that have to register our personal cars for business use or will be not able to drive. Mind you, there are no logos on the car, no work is done in the car, and I only use it to get from store to store to do my job. The only thing that they have me on is that they pay for milage from store to store (cheap fucks dont pay from home to store which is always more miles that going from stores that are right near each other) Changing over to business is going to increase my insurance by $180 and they are not going to adjust my rate to cover that. Hi guys so I am so confused right now with my pay. I make 78000 a year salaried. I get paid semi monthly. I started on 5/22 and got a paycheck today. How would it be calculated because I am confused I got paid for 54 hours

I moved to a small town and I start work @8 here. Thing is the pharmacy opens at 9 which makes me unable to pickup my script. (They make me daily cause it’s a high ammount of benzos and I used to use drugs). I can barely and I mean barely make it through the day without them. I’d have no problem taking less money and being able to go an hour later. What are my options here ?

Just found out they are letting me go in 30 days (surprised they didnt screw me over). apparently they found a designer who is also an illustrator so now he is going to somehow do 2 jobs + all the deadlines and changes which i was struggling to keep up barely. of course i am not giving them any hints “oh yeah bro im sure he can do it. oh well…” they new guy wont know all the tricks on colors breaking between illustrator/photoshop, folder locations, glytches like missing pixels on edges when exporting etc. it will be fun. now i gotta find another remote position somehow and its going to be absolute hell. so basically all this time they were looking for a designer..it wasnt someone to help me. it was someone to do 2 jobs and replace me (which is impossible with the amount of work)

I said fuck it, quit my toxic job with toxic manager and served my 2 month notice period. I feel at peace even though everyone lost their minds that I haven't found another job yet. It's not their problem. I choose this path, I will take my time to take care of myself and then figure out what to do next. I am really proud of myself.
