I got pressure to do well in my job and there's no HR deal with toxic employee. Veteran Employee asked me to smile while they never smile at cashier. They criticized my tone in every little things. They criticized how close I speak to my walkie-talkie. They expect me to use the extact script/lines in phone calls and at the cashier. They criticized how other employee stand and chit-chatting. They got upset and mock me for making mistakes. So,on They wanted me to use the walkie talkie to tell everyone when I'm at break and at…

Folks, this system sucks. Nothings going to change until you do something about it. Yes it feels like you’re trapped in a sea of catch-22s. But you could organize tomorrow. You could organize literally any day. Want enough time to plan in advance? How about Labor Day this September? No one should work on Labor Day. So how about no one works that day? No one. No cab drivers. No delivery. No baristas. No fast food. No kind of service. Nothing except the absolutely essential. Sorry doctors, nurses, and farmers. I’ve seen antiwork gain traction then split into two with work reform. It’s been too long with no results. Is there no one here brave enough to lead? Maybe you would rather complain and live the hard life rather than do the hard things and live a good life.
An anti-work poem by my favorite poet :)
More about People by Ogden Nash When people aren't asking questions They're making suggestions And when they're not doing one of those They're either looking over your shoulder or stepping on your toes And then as if that weren't enough to annoy you They employ you. Anybody at leisure Incurs everybody's displeasure. It seems to be very irking To people at work to see other people not working, So they tell you that work is wonderful medicine, Just look at Firestone and Ford and Edison, And they lecture you till they're out of breath or something And then if you don't succumb they starve you to death or something. All of which results in a nasty quirk: That if you don't want to work you have to work to earn enough money so that you won't have to work.
